XTRA-LIGHT enables totally new ways of illumination using electroluminescent technology.

Renowned teams have been using illuminated numbers employing this technology since a few years in different series. These series include the 24h of Le Mans, American Le Mans Series and 24h Nurburgring.

There are different possibilities to use the technology though. Sponsoring logos can be put in the spotlight or security features can be presented.

The XTRA-LIGHT racing number system is an electroluminescent lighting system which is tailor-made and has been optimized for racing sports. It includes a light component as well as an electrical power supply unit and all mechanical parts necessary to install, mount and maintain the system.

The XTRA-LIGHT racing number system is either comprised of standardised or userspecific components. You can assemble different components to a complete system in a construction set style.

• The tag is made of massive contact band and thus resistant to breaking
• Soldered cable attachments are using waterproof isolation
• Sub miniature connectors to the supply unit with forced release system
• Short-circuit- and idle resistant power supply mounted stable against vibrations in a compact aluminium die-casting case
• Light colour is White employing a high efficiency opaque white filter, other colours on demand
• Round or sharp corners can be chosen
• Different sizes for two or three digit numbers as well as special
• Self-adhesive version for permanent mounting can be ordered
